Billings at Architecture Firms Grow at Fastest Rate Since 2010
The AIA reported growth again for the month of September in the Architecture Billings Index (ABI). September’s score was up just over a point, reaching 51.6. Moreover, the new projects inquiry was up slightly with a reading of 57.3.
Kermit Baker, the AIA’s Chief Economist is hopeful that the uptick in residential rentals nationwide will spur nonresidential construction.
